What do you do?
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, Sports & Exercise Therapy, and Clinical Pilates.
When did you qualify?
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in India over 5 years ago and later completed a Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Therapy in the UK. I have been working clinically in the UK for over 3 years, treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
What is your favourite area to work with and why?
I particularly enjoy treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, especially complex cases that require a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, and movement re-education. I find it very rewarding to help clients return to pain-free movement, sport, or daily activities by addressing the root cause of their problem rather than just the symptoms.
What treatments do you specialise in?
I regularly treat:
MSK and sports injuries
Postural and movement-related pain
Vestibular rehabilitation (dizziness & balance issues)
TMJ (jaw) dysfunction
Acupuncture for pain relief
Clinical Pilates for rehabilitation and injury prevention
I strongly believe in combining manual therapy, evidence-based exercise, and patient education to achieve long-term results.
What is your favourite piece of advice for clients?
Movement is medicine — but it has to be the right movement. Staying consistent with your rehab exercises and understanding how your body moves can make a huge difference to recovery and injury prevention.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside the clinic, I enjoy keeping active, continuing my professional development, and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. I have a strong interest in learning new rehabilitation techniques and staying up to date with the latest evidence in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation.
When are you available?
I currently work at Onebody Clinic Chiswick on Mondays from 9am to 2pm.
