A ruptured Cruciate Ligament in the knee is a major sporting injury. Many will require surgery to allow a full return to any sports that involve acceleration, and change of direction.

Most surgeons agree that the quality of rehabilitation is a key factor in the outcome of ACL, and the ability to return to full sporting activities as soon as possible.

At Onebody, we have helped rehabilitate hundreds of ACL reconstructions.

And for our patients information, we are sharing our summary of ACL rehabilitation.

As physiotherapist who treat knee injuries, we are always happy to answer any questions on your recovery from injury. Just get in touch.
